Adolf Hitler personally meets with Hans Meiser and Theophil Wurm, the Evangelical-Lutheran bishops whom Reich Bishop Ludwig Müller has been trying to depose in order to integrate their regional churches into the Reich Church under his command.

After the meeting, Hitler orders that both bishops should be restored to their offices and that further attempts to forcibly incorporate their churches into the Reich Church should cease.
