Reinhard Heydrich's Reich Main Security Office issues a directive banning Jewish immigration and referencing, for the first time, the Final Solution.

According to the directive, possibly written by Adolf Eichmann, "In view of the undoubtedly impending final solution," emigration of Jews from France and Belgium is prohibited.

Any Jews who haven't managed to escape Europe by now will find it increasingly difficult.
