German Army to Liquidate All Soviet Officials in Coming Invasion

In a formal edict, Adolf Hitler instructs the German army to liquidate all Soviet officials in the coming invasion of Russia.

It is said that they represent a grave danger because they had

"clearly proven through their previous subversive and seditious work that they reject all European culture, civilization, constitution, and order. They are therefore to be eliminated."

Almost identical things have long been said about Jews, further reinforcing the connection between Jews and communism in Nazi ideology.
