In Darmstadt, Germany, Father Muench, Catholic chaplain at Offenbach, is convicted of having violated in his pulpit the "Malice Act."

According to the Nazi authorities, he proclaimed in a sermon that the National Socialist State oppressed the Catholic church.

Father Muench is sentenced in summary court to four months' imprisonment, but under the amnesty law he is paroled for three years.
