Suleiman the Magnificent sets off with 250,000 soldiers and hundreds of canon to lay siege to Vienna, capital of Charles V's Holy Roman Empire. This is the most ambitious expedition of the Ottoman Empire under Suleiman to this point.

Suleiman the Magnificent manages to reconquer a number of important territories along the way, but fails in his effort to take Vienna.
