The United States Senate votes 94-0 that it "strongly" disapproves of the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals decision not to reconsider its ruling that the addition of the phase "under God" to the Pledge of Allegiance was unconstitutional.

Unlike in the House of Representatives later this month, there's not a single vote against this resolution - not even from any Democrats.
