Allan Boesak, former president of the World Alliance of Reformed Churches, receives a three year sentence in Cape Town, South Africa, for having taken several hundred thousand dollars earmarked for victims of apartheid.

He will only serve one year, though, and later will receive a full presidential pardon, thus completely clearing his criminal record.
