Four Arab defendants are found guilty on all charges relating to the 1993 bombing of the World Trade Center in New York City: Mohammad Salameh, Nidal Ayyad, Mahmud Abouhalima, and Ahmad Ajaj.

Their improvised explosive device exploded on the second level of the World Trade Center parking basement below the North Tower. Their goal was to undermine the North Tower, causing it to fall into the South Tower and bring them both down. Six were killed in the terrorist bombing and more than a thousand were injured.
