Jewish professors are kicked out of Austrian universities. A newspaper article in the Wiener Zeitung reports that a plebiscite will be held on whether the Anschluss should go through, adding:

"Whoever is a Jew or qualifies as a Jew will not be accorded a right to vote in this."
