Nazi youth try to prevent the distribution of the book Jewdom, Christendom, and Germandom by Cardinal Michael von Faulhaber. In his book Cardinal von Faulhaber promotes the ideals of racial tolerance and human rights, in particular with respect to Jews and tolerance of Judaism.

In future years, however, Cardinal von Faulhaber does nothing to oppose Nazi discrimination against the Jews. He does not take any direct, personal action to protest Nazi polices and protect Jews and he does not preach against Nazi polices or in defense of Jews from his pulpit in Munich-Freising.
