Count Anton von Acro-Valley, assassin of Bavarian Premier Kurt Eisner in February 1919, is arrested in Munich and charged with plotting to assassinate Adolf Hitler. According to Munich policy, Count Acro-Valley's phone had been tapped and he was recorded making "antagonistic" statements about Hitler.
