The Nazi Party, still six months away from achieving absolute power in the Reichstag, proposes a law authorizing prison time or even death for guilty of "race betrayal."

This will be applied to anyone who contributes, or just threatens to contribute, to the "racial deterioration" of the German Volk by "interbreeding with persons of Jewish blood or colored races.
