In a conversation with Admiral Erich Raeder, Adolf Hitler mentions his plan to ship all Jews to the island of Madagascar. The plan is apparently real, given that orders of mass deportations of Jews to the East, scheduled for August, are cancelled.

The plan also requires that Germany defeat of both France and Britain. The failure of the latter leads to the resumption of the construction of ghettos and mass deportations.
