In Denmark, Kasem Ahmad, a spokesman for a network of Danish Muslim groups, threatens to issue a fatwa against the Jyllands-Posten newspaper if they don't apologize to Muslims for the Muhammad cartoons published in 2006.

Kasem Ahmad says:

"It's too early to say any details of the fatwa. The fatwa is the last step and will also satisfy Muslims in the Middle East."
