A Florida judge orders the release of internal logs that reveal exactly how Scientologists actually cared for Lisa McPherson while she was in their care. These records reveal a drastically different story from what the Church of Scientology officials had been telling the public.

After being in the "care" of Scientologists, Lisa McPherson was so weak that she couldn't even stand up on her own. McPherson refused to eat, but the Scientologists refused to take her to a hospital for treatment. By the time they did, after 17 days, her skin had turned a septic color.
