Hitler: Germany Won't Withdraw From Any Captured Lands

Adolf Hitler announces that Germany will never withdraw from any of the lands captured and that instead a "Garden of Eden" will be created in the conquered territories.

Hitler goes on to laud Stalin's decision to promote partisan attacks on the German army because this gives Germany the excuse

"to exterminate anyone who is hostile to us. Naturally the vast area must be pacified as quickly as possible; it will happen best through shooting anyone who even looks funny."

Hitler has already given the order for summary execution of commissars and anyone else deemed remotely suspicious before the invasion was launched.
