German Occupied Guernsey Offers Reward for Anyone Painting V for Victory Sign Hot

Victor Carey, bailiff of Guernsey, one of the Channel Islands occupied by the Germans, offers a £25 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of anyone who paints a "V for Victory" sign.
