Germany's Catholic Bishops Get Orders About Reporting to Military Units as Chaplains

Nazi Soldiers Marching in Warsaw

Catholic bishops in Germany receive "Top Secret" instructions about where individual priests should report to join military units as chaplains.

This effectively tells the German Catholic hierarchy that military mobilization for war is already occurring, and furthermore, that a military strike somewhere is likely.

Given the constant anti-Polish propaganda being issued by the Nazi leaders, it shouldn't be too difficult for the Catholic bishops to figure out what is going on and what's going to happen soon.
