Justice Minister Gürtner Orders Prison Officials to Tell Police of Releases of Jehovah's Witnesses

Franz Gürtner, the Reich Minister of Justice, directs prison officials to inform the police about all upcoming releases of Jehovah's Witnesses, giving the police a chance to take these prisoners into "protective custody" upon their release from prison.

This policy already applied to those convicted of treason as well as Sinti and Roma.
