Suleiman the Magnificent leads a massive army out of Instanbul for the purpose of conquering Hungary from king Louis II. Mehmed II, conquerer of Constantinople, had failed to capture Hungary and Suleiman was anxious to succeed where his grandfather had not.

Belgrade will fall in August. The island of Rhodes will be captured in 1522. Louis II is killed in 1526. Suleiman the Magnificent is only driven back afte his siege of Vienna fails in 1529.
