At a campaign stop in Lakeland, Florida, Republican presidential candidate Mitt Romney refers to the United States of America as a "company," presumably with the intention of running the United States like he has managed other companies he has taken over.

"Paul Ryan and I understand how the economy works, we understand how Washington works, we will reach across the aisle and find good people who, like us, want to make sure this company deals with its challenges. We'll get America back on track again!"

How does Mitt Romney manage or run companies? Based on his history with Bain, his general approach is to load them up with debt, sell off their assets, then send the jobs overseas.
