Deutsche Justiz, the official journal of Nazi lawyers, advocates the segregation of Jews into ghettos.

A new article argues:

"Segregation of Jews appeared until recently in many German circles (and still does abroad) as a survival of the middle ages, but there lies a deep wisdom at the bottom thereof.
The neglect thereof will cost our people dearly."

The medieval segregation of Jews from Christian society was almost entirely a creation of the Catholic Church. In fact, many of the restrictions which the Nazi German government imposes on Jews have direct or indirect precedents in medieval Christian policies towards Jews.
