In Nazi Germany, "Aryan" doctors are forbidden from having any sort of professional contact with Jewish physicians. This is part of a much larger and long-term effort to drive Jewish physicians out of business.

First they are banned from treating non-Jews, then they are limited in how they can even treat Jewish patients.
