A federal judge in Providence, Rhode Island, rules the Palestine Liberation Organisation is guilty in a civil lawsuit over the 1996 murder of Yaron and Efrat Ungar in Israel.

They were murdered in a drive-by shooting as they drove home from a wedding. Magistrate David Martin orders the PLO to pay the family USD $151 million.
