In Romania, the fascist government issues a new decree imposing prison sentence of 5 to 15 years for anyone attempting to avoid the official "Aryanization" of Jewish property and businesses.

If anyone engages in nominal transfers of property from Jews to non-Jews in order to conceal true ownership, they will be charged with sabotage, jailed, and all their property will be confiscated.
