In Breslau, Germany, the Criminal District Court announces that any Jews convicted of the crime of "racial turpitude" will be incarcerated for as long as it takes until "they realize they must keep away from Aryan women."

Up until this time, court judges have the discretion to impose fines, jail sentences, concentration camps, or the penitentiary.
