Reich Press President Bans Independent Special Interest and Religious Newspapers Hot

Max Amann, Reich press chamber president and manager of the Nazi Party's publishing houses, signs a new law banning all independent special interest and religious newspapers, Christian as well as Jewish.

The new law states:

"Church or professional newspapers as well as papers intended for groups of subscribers with certain interests, henceforth are forbidden."
