Prisons Ordered to Tell Police of All Upcoming Sinti and Roma Prisoner Releases

The Reich Ministry of Justice under Franz Gürtner directs prison officials to inform the police about all upcoming releases of Sinti and Roma prisoners, giving the police a chance to take these prisoners into "protective custody" upon their release from prison.

What this means is placing them in the concentration camp system that is under the authority of the police and controlled by the SS.
