In the Saar region, currently under the the administration of the League of Nations, German Christian leaders declare their faith in God who "decreed the principles of all life," including "relationships of blood."

This reference to racism is an indication that they approve of defining Christianity itself in terms of race, something that will allow them to exclude Jewish converts as "real" Christians at all.
