The head of the Catholic Center Party, currently in Rome to work on a Concordat between Germany and the Vatican, says to Hitler:

"For today's birthday sincere good wishes and the assurance of unflinching cooperation in the great enterprise of creating a Germany internally united, enjoying social peace and externally free."
