Germany's Catholic workers' movement issues a statement declaring its readiness to cooperate with the Nazis to create a strong national state and construct a new national order that would be both German and Christian.

Eventually Catholic workers' organizations are folded into Nazi organizations because the Nazis refuse to accept the validity of independent movements that aren't directly answerable to Adolf Hitler.
