Julius Streicher gives a speech in Nuremberg in which he says: "Let us make a new beginning today so that we can annihilate the Jew."

Streicher becomes one of the most notorious and vicious purveyors of anti-Semitic propaganda in Nazi Germany and statements like this indicate that, at least among some of the top-ranking Nazis, the physical extermination of Jews is already taken seriously.
