Ku Klux Klan Act: formally called An Act to enforce the Provisions of the Fourteenth Amendment to the Constitution of the United States, and for other Purposes, this law broadens the powers of the president to allow him to deal with the Christian terrorism being waged by the Ku Klux Klan against freed blacks in the South.
