Soldiers of Fourth Crusade Capture and Sack Constantinople

Byzantine Constantinople
Source: Wikipedia

After months of not being paid and infuriated at the execution of their ally, Alexios III, soldiers of the Fourth Crusade once again attack Constantinople. There first attack a few days ago failed but this one will succeed.

Pope Innocent III has ordered them not to attack fellow Christians, but the papal letter is suppressed by clergy on the scene so the Crusaders know nothing about it.
